Smart Finger

Smart Finger works with two intelligent sensors capable of accurately measuring the distance between them. It is also possible to store measurements in its internal memory and perform multiplications to obtain the volume of objects.

The measurements of length, width, and volume are displayed on the device’s screen. Smart Finger is made of a soft silicone material that fits comfortably on a person’s fingers. You can use the sensors on different fingers to obtain larger measurements, or even give one sensor to another person to measure really large distances. The measurement is obtained by emitting a signal from one finger to the other. The time it takes for the signal to travel from one point to the other is what allows the distance to be calculated.

The Ruler 2.0 is a great invention. The idea for this ruler comes from Korean designer Giha Woo. With this so-called "digital ruler", which can be attached to a pencil or pen, you can draw straight lines and measure their length, all monitored through its display.
